Maintenance of Turbocharger:

Long-term storage of the vehicle may cause seizure due to the lack of lubrication of the rotating parts of the engine turbocharger for a long time. If it is started directly without lubrication, it may cause wear or damage to the rotating parts of the turbocharger. Therefore, before starting the engine, fill a small amount (about 10ml) of lubricating oil into the turbocharger. The specific operation method is as follows:

1. Remove the oil inlet pipe of the turbocharger and the connecting pipe on the compressor side, inject about 10ml of engine oil into the turbocharger through the oil inlet, and be careful to avoid dust and other foreign matter from entering the turbocharger during the oil injection process.

Turn the impeller by hand to fully lubricate the rotating parts.
Regularly check all air line joints and sealing gaskets for air leaks. If the air entering the compressor contains dust, it will cause wear and damage to the turbocharger and the engine. Air leakage will cause engine power loss and overheating.
When an abnormal howling sound occurs during use of the turbocharger, the carbon deposits of the fuel press limiter and valve seat at the turbine end should be checked and removed.
